Vape shop FAQ
Age and ID rules, hours, products and what you can expect in our stores.
How old do you have to be to buy a vape in Alabama?
21. Federal law sets the minimum age at 21, and Alabama specialty vape retailers like our stores cannot let anyone under 21 inside. Every purchase needs a valid photo ID.
How old do you have to be to buy a vape in Mississippi?
21, under federal law. Our D'Iberville store checks a valid photo ID on every purchase.
What ID do you accept?
A valid, unexpired government-issued photo ID that shows your date of birth, such as a driver license, state ID, passport or military ID.
Which stores are open 24 hours?
Hillcrest (Mobile), Daphne and D'Iberville are open 24 hours, 7 days a week.
Do you sell online, ship or deliver?
No. All sales are in store only.
Why are some products not available anymore?
Alabama and Mississippi both keep state directories of vape products that can legally be sold. If a product is not on the directory, we cannot sell it. Alabama's rules and Mississippi's rules are explained on our blog.
Do you carry nicotine-free e-liquid?
Yes, many lines come in 0mg. See nicotine-free.
Can you help with a device that stopped working?
Yes. Bring it in and staff will check the coil, pod, battery and settings. See our returns and defects policy.
Do you have a smoke shop section?
Our stores carry glass, papers and other accessories. Selection varies by store. See smoke shop.
