Alabama
- Licensing. Our Alabama stores hold tobacco and vapor product permits from the Alabama Alcoholic Beverage Control Board, and operate as licensed specialty retailers under Act 2025-403.
- Alabama ENDS Directory. We sell only electronic nicotine delivery system products listed on the Alabama ABC Board's directory. Products added to the directory since October 1, 2025 must be authorized by the FDA or be manufactured, packaged and labeled in the United States.
- E-liquid tax. From October 1, 2026, Alabama taxes consumable vapor products that contain nicotine at 10 cents per milliliter (Act 2025-377). Nicotine-free liquid is excluded.
- Marketing. Alabama law prohibits marketing vapor products as a way to quit smoking or as a healthy alternative, and prohibits imagery that appeals to minors. We describe products by category only.
Mississippi
- Mississippi vape directory. Under House Bill 916 (2025), retailers may sell only vapor products listed on Mississippi's directory: products with FDA marketing authorization, a pending premarket tobacco application, or a denial that a court has stayed or overturned. Our D'Iberville store stocks only listed products, so its selection differs from our Alabama stores.
Federal
- Minimum age of 21 for all tobacco and nicotine products.
- Required nicotine warning: "WARNING: This product contains nicotine. Nicotine is an addictive chemical." It appears on every page of this site and on product packaging.
- We make no claim that any product is less harmful or helps you quit, as federal law prohibits unauthorized modified-risk claims.
No online sales
We do not sell, ship or deliver vapor products online or by mail.
Products that leave the shelf
When a product is removed from a state directory, we must stop selling it. That is why a product you bought before may no longer be available. Staff can help you find a listed alternative.
