What we collect on this website
- Usage data. We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how people use the site: pages viewed, approximate location (city level), device and browser type, how you arrived, and clicks on phone numbers and directions links. Google Analytics sets cookies; see our cookie policy.
- Job applications. If you apply through our jobs form we collect your name, phone, email, preferred store, what you tell us about yourself and your confirmation that you are 21 or older.
- Messages. If you contact us, we keep what you send and our reply.
We do not sell products on this website, so we do not collect payment information here.
What we collect in our stores
Alabama law requires our stores to verify that everyone entering is 21 or older, using third-party age verification at the entrance, and federal and state law require us to verify age before every sale. Our stores may also use security cameras.
How we use information
- To run and improve the website and understand which pages and stores people look for.
- To review job applications and contact applicants.
- To comply with age-verification, tax and record-keeping laws, and to respond to lawful requests from regulators and law enforcement.
- To protect our stores, staff and customers.
Who we share it with
We do not sell or rent personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us run the website and stores (such as Google for analytics, our web host and our ID-verification vendor), with regulators or law enforcement when the law requires it, or as part of a sale or reorganization of the business.
Under 21
Our website and products are for adults 21 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 21. If you believe we have, contact us and we will delete it.
How long we keep it
Analytics data is kept for 14 months in Google Analytics. Job applications are kept for 12 months. In-store age-verification and sales records are kept as long as the law requires.
Your choices
- You can block or delete cookies in your browser, or install Google's Analytics opt-out browser add-on.
- You can ask us what we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, by writing to cloud9vapesllc@gmail.com. We may need to keep records the law requires.

We use reasonable safeguards to protect information, but no system is perfectly secure.
